Charlotte County Home Health Network (CCHHN) is a group of local home care professionals whose purposes are: to network together for mutual problem identification and resolution; to provide local public education/awareness about the merits of home health, to work together to promote quality of home health care in our community, and, to promote and provide educational presentations for health care professionals. www.cchhn.org
